SOCCEROO Vince Grella has returned to Blackburn training after a thigh injury but this weekend's trip to West Ham comes too soon for the Aussie.
The injury cursed 30-year-old Australian has not played since Christmas, missing Blackburn's last month due to a thigh problem.
But Rovers boss Sam Allardyce revealed he wasn't far off a return.
"The treatment room is pretty bare at the moment I'm glad to say," Allardyce said.
He added: "Vince is training with us."
But Blackburn's journey down to London comes too soon for Grella and he will have to wait to make his return.
