CENTRAL Coast Mariners striker Sasho Petrovski has been cleared over his part in the Grand Final bust-up that saw team-mate Danny Vukovic banned for a year.
Petrovski appeared to strike referee Mark Shield's hand just before Vukovic slapped the ref's hand and earned his ban.
But last night the FFA dismissed all disciplinary charges against the striker.
A statement confirmed: "Football Federation Australia advises that the independent Disciplinary Committee, chaired by Dominic Villa, has tonight dismissed the charge against Central Coast Mariners player, Sasha Petrovski.
"Petrovski had been cited by the independent Match Review Panel for an offensive, insulting and abusive gesture towards the referee in the Hyundai A-League Grand Final on 24 February."
