What a week for the Socceroos! Beating the Netherlands then handing Uzbekistan their first home World Cup defeat in seven years has set the nation's World Cup bandwagon well and truly into motion. The side hasn't achieved such heights since that night in Stuttgart more than two years ago.

But there's no time to catch you breath, as the football just keeps on coming.

This weekend sees the A-League swing back into action, with Sydney and Melbourne out to prove they are the real deal with battles against Newcastle and Adelaide respectively. In the Premiership, there are clashes between Liverpool and Man United and Man City and Chelsea. Is this Britan's new big four?

Be sure to check out FourFourTwo's footy listings page for all the television times.

Enjoy,
