This week we have revealed the money men and top earning footballers in Australian football for the first time ever. The inaugural FourFourTwo Australian Football Rich List has been published in the March edition of the magazine and the amount of cash flowing through our game is reassuringly high. The list charts the 50 wealthiest people in Aussie football, including 13 players, four billionaires and a staggering $11.5billion of wealth. Lowy tops the suits and Harry leads the players, but there are plenty of surprises too.
Elsewhere, Brett Emerton is expected to miss the rest of Australia's 2010 World Cup qualifying campaign through injury and Sydney FC chief Stefan Kamasz says the club's fifth coach in five seasons will bring stability - but conceded incoming Czech boss Vitezslav Lavicka may only last one season.

PS : The March issue of FourFourTwo is on sale - or subscribe now. This month we get the inside track on Australia’s favourite footballing son. Harry Kewell’s youth coaches, agent and physio all step forward to give an exclusive insight into the real Kewell. Plus for the first time ever we compile the FourFourTwo Australian Football Rich List, we speak to Brazilian star Robinho, get training drills from Melbourne Victory’s Rodrigo Vargas and Nick Ward, and showcase all the latest football gear for the up-coming season.
